What would happen if dinosaurs came with everything? This is the premise for the story we read this week in library. A little boy goes to the store, the doctor and the barber and comes home with real dinosaurs. What else can a mom do but put them to work around the house doing chores! After reading the story we talked about how this is a fiction book- made up from the authors imagination. Next we read a dinosaur non-fiction book and talked about the differences between the two books. At computer time the students practiced mouse skills by "feeding" the monster. Next week we will continue exploring dinosaur books!
