PreK March 12

Today we had a zoo day in the library. We read the book Class Two at the Zoo by Julia Jarman. In this book a class goes on a field trip to the zoo and is followed unknowingly by an anaconda (ask your child what an anaconda is!) We played zoo charades and then the students had time to work with the computer program KidPix in which they had to find zoo animals. I gave out several cool reader ice cream awards- many of my students have read 10 books and a few have even finished 20 books! Three more weeks to keep reading!!
