DINOSAURS!!! Today in library we read some dinosaur books, played with dinosaurs and sang the "Dino Pokey". There are so many great dinosaur books available to read- it is very hard for me to pick just a few! We read "When Dinosaurs Came with Everything" by Elise Broach. In this story a little boy goes with his mom to run some errands. Much to their surprise it is dinosaur day and "dinosaurs come with everything"- a haircut, a hamburger, and even a doctor visit. Ask your child to tell you what their favorite dinosaur is! Next week we will be talking about "the moral of a story" and I will tell them a story from Aesop.
