PreK January 13th

This week in library we started writing our class stories. To start them thinking about a character I read them A Visitor For Bear by Bonnie Becker. This book tells about a bear who thinks he wants to be alone and a mouse who thinks the bear needs a friend. A very cute book! After the story we talked about the characters in the story and I showed them other book characters. Then we brainstormed about who/what the characters will be in their story they will write as a class. Next week there will be no school on Friday so we won't have library again until Jan 27th.
