PreK October 21st

Today we read one of my favorite books for this halloween season,The Little Old Lady Who Is Not Afraid of Anything by Linda Williams. The little old lady finds clothes from shoes on up in her path, clomp clomp wiggle wiggle shake shake...and then a pumpkin head, and at that point she runs! The ending is great because it turns out the spookiest things are not scary at all- they are a scarecrow. After reading the story we took turns acting out the parts of the story. Next week we will hear more "scary" books!!
