This week in library we read one of my favorite books- Alligator Baby by Robert Munsch. We talked about how the author writes the words, and I taught them a song to help remember the job of the author. Ask your child if they can remember the song!! Remy the Reading Rat was back this week , last week he was sick with a cold :). Remy was hiding under his cheese blanket and the kids had to find him. When they tell me that Remy is a puppet I tell them that Remy thinks he is real!! They really have fun with him. We started computers this week. Each of the full day classes have 20 minutes for computers (10 minutes/child). We reviewed mouse skills and played a fun game where they had to click on the different animals. Next week we will talk about The Three Little Pigs!!
