Welcome February!! This week we enjoyed counting in the library. The 3's read and sang Five Green and Speckled Frogs and Ten in the Den by John Butler. We also counted "How Many". The 4's had fun Counting Crocodiles by Judy Sierra and laughing along with My Little Sister Ate One Hare by John Grossman. When you read counting books or say counting rhymes with your child you are teaching them skills that build a solid foundation for reading. Next week we will explore an "ocean" of books!!
